Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs subscription billing for businesses using Smartbuying.in / DIPOS (Digital SaaS Services Hub) and order-related cancellations or refunds for customers placing orders with businesses listed on the Platform.
1. Subscription Fees (For Businesses)
1.1 Upfront Billing
All subscription fees for use of the Platform are billed in advance in accordance with the selected plan and billing cycle.
1.2 No Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where refunds are required by applicable law. This includes, without limitation:
partial usage
non-usage
early termination
plan downgrades
1.3 Price Changes
The Platform reserves the right to revise pricing, plans, and billing structures. Any changes will apply prospectively.
2. Subscription Cancellation (For Businesses)
2.1 Cancellation by Business
Businesses may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting support.
2.2 Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
future billing will cease at the end of the current billing cycle
access to paid features may be downgraded or terminated
no refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods
2.3 Suspension or Termination by Platform
The Platform may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, policy violations, legal risk, or security concerns. No refunds shall be issued in such cases.
3. Data Access After Subscription End (For Businesses)
Upon subscription expiry or termination:
access to the Platform and associated features may be restricted or discontinued
data export may only be available during an active subscription period
the Platform does not guarantee continued availability of data after termination
businesses are responsible for exporting and backing up their data prior to cancellation or expiry
The Platform shall not be liable for any loss of access to data or inability to export data following subscription termination or expiry.
4. Customer Orders, Cancellations & Refunds (For End Customers)
4.1 Platform Role
Smartbuying.in / DIPOS acts solely as a technology platform connecting customers with independent businesses. The Platform does not sell, deliver, or fulfill any goods or services listed by businesses.
4.2 Business-Specific Policies
Each business listed on the Platform may maintain its own refund, cancellation, and return policies. Customers are responsible for reviewing the respective business’s terms before placing an order.
4.3 Order Cancellations
Order cancellations, modifications, or refunds are governed exclusively by the policies of the business from whom the customer has placed the order. The Platform does not control or enforce individual business refund terms.
4.4 No Platform Liability for Orders
The Platform is not responsible for:
rejected or cancelled orders
delayed or failed deliveries
incorrect, damaged, or missing items
quality of products or services
refusal of refunds by businesses
All such claims must be raised directly with the respective business.
5. Payments, Payment Failures & Chargebacks
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment gateways.
The Platform does not guarantee successful payment processing or settlement.
Chargebacks, payment disputes, or failed transactions are subject to the policies of the payment service provider and the respective business.
The Platform shall not be liable for losses arising from payment gateway failures, banking errors, or third-party payment issues.
6. No Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be responsible for any losses or damages arising from:
account closure
subscription expiry or cancellation
inability to export data after termination
service suspension due to policy violations
business refusal to provide refunds
customer disputes with businesses
delivery failures or service non-performance
Use of the Platform is entirely at the user’s own risk.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy affects any non-excludable statutory rights that users may have under applicable consumer protection or payment laws.
8. Policy Updates
This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
