The Platform grants businesses a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the software during an active subscription.

2. Business Responsibility

Businesses are solely responsible for:

compliance with tax laws

consumer protection laws

data protection laws

order fulfillment

refunds

customer support

3. No Platform Liability

The Platform shall not be liable for:

loss of revenue

customer disputes

delivery failures

business losses

regulatory penalties

4. Indemnification

Businesses agree to indemnify the Platform against legal claims arising from their operations.
